Diagnosis

Symptoms

There's traffic,but no inquiries

The most common case is a website that describes the company instead of answering the visitor. They land on "delivering solutions since 2008," find no price, no scope, no proof - and go back to the search results. The traffic was there. It just had nowhere to land.

  1. 01High bounce rate on service pages
  2. 02Contact form filled out a few times a month despite thousands of visits
  3. 03The site takes more than three seconds to load on mobile
  4. 04Copy written in the company's language, not the customer's
  5. 05No accessible version - a screen reader can't get through the form

Scope

What exactlythe collaboration covers

Before we design

  • Who visits the site and with what question
  • Analysis of current traffic and where users drop off
  • Information architecture and URL map
  • Defining what counts as a conversion - it isn't always the form

Design

  • Wireframes for key templates, not every page individually
  • Design system: colors, typography, components
  • Copy written for intent, not for word count
  • Mobile design treated as the primary version, not a stripped-down copy

Development

  • WordPress when content needs daily editing
  • Astro or headless when speed and security are the priority
  • Content migration from the old site with a 301 redirect map
  • Integrations: analytics, CRM, calendar, payments

Standards

  • Compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and EAA requirements
  • Core Web Vitals measured before launch, not after
  • Structured data and technical SEO fundamentals
  • Technical support and updates after launch

When you need it

Three formats,one team

  • One-page site - your digital business card

We build modern sites tailored to your business and brand identity. A consistent structure, strong visual design, and technical quality make the site both attractive and convincing.

  • Online store

We design online stores that are user-friendly and built to grow. Intuitive navigation, fast performance, and full optimization - for more sales and better visibility.

Process

The order mattersand comes from data

  1. 01

    Workshop and architecture

We define the audience, goals, and site structure. We finish with a URL map you approve before the first pixel of design.

  2. 02

    Template design

We design the key templates and component system. We collect feedback in two rounds, not indefinitely.

  3. 03

    Development and content

We build the site, add the content, and carry over the old URLs. You can follow progress on the staging environment as we go.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

Before launch: performance, accessibility, and redirect testing. After it: a period of close monitoring followed by ongoing technical support.

FAQ

Questions wehear most often

WordPress or something more modern?

It depends on who will be editing content and how often. WordPress wins when several people are editing content daily. Astro or headless wins when content changes rarely and speed and resistance to attacks matter more. We decide after talking through your process, not upfront.

Will we lose our Google rankings when we switch sites?

That's the most common way companies lose the visibility they've built up. We map every old URL to a new one with a 301 redirect and check the map before launch. Done correctly, rankings recover - and often improve thanks to better performance.

What is WCAG compliance, and does it apply to us?

It's a digital accessibility standard. Since June 2025, the European Accessibility Act has covered, among other things, online stores and digital services aimed at consumers. We check whether your case falls under the regulation, and we'll tell you plainly if it doesn't.

How much does it cost?

Scope drives the price more than the number of pages does. The quote comes after the architecture workshop, because that's when we actually know what needs to be built. Before the workshop, we can give you a range based on similar projects.

Can I edit the site myself later?

Yes - on WordPress sites, you manage content without any coding knowledge. You also get a short training session and a guide so you can get started without our help.

Is it worth running a blog on my site?

Absolutely. Regularly publishing valuable, original content with the right keywords helps you hold a strong position in search results. It's also a way to build links, establish expert credibility, and increase the time users spend on the site.
