Gain an edgewith artificial intelligence

We turn AI's potential into working solutions - from a needs audit to full integration with your systems.

A successful AI rollout in your company is more than picking a few popular apps. We analyze your processes, point out where the potential is greatest, and implement solutions that genuinely cut down work time. Instead of scattered experiments, you get a clear strategy and full support in carrying it out.

What can we help you with?

  • We explain and advise - we show you which tasks in your company genuinely suit AI, and which are better left to a person
  • We map your processes - we identify where the most time is leaking away, before proposing any tool at all
  • We implement and train - we show your team how to use it day to day, not just install a license

What can you count on?

  • An honest recommendation - if AI doesn’t make sense in your case, we’ll say so directly instead of pushing an implementation anyway
  • Data security - we establish what’s allowed to go into external models before we start using them
  • Knowledge from our own practice - we advise in exactly the way we work with AI ourselves, day to day

Diagnosis

Symptoms

The subscriptions are there, the savings aren’t

A typical picture in a first conversation: a few people in the company use AI their own way, each with a different tool, none of them aware of the company’s context. The results are one-off and never turn into a process. On top of that, no one has decided what’s safe to paste into a model and what counts as client data.

  1. 01Several subscriptions bought independently by different departments
  2. 02The model gets a question with no context, so it answers with a generic response
  3. 03The "I’ll just write it myself, faster" effect after two tries, and the tool gets abandoned
  4. 04No agreement on what data is allowed into an external model
  5. 05Repetitive work still done by hand, because no one has mapped it

Scope

What exactlythe collaboration covers

Process audit

  • A map of repetitive tasks with an estimate of the time they take
  • Separating what suits a model from what doesn’t
  • Identifying places where automation without AI is enough
  • Assessing the quality of the data a model would work on

Tool selection

  • Choosing a model and tool for a specific task
  • Comparing license cost against the time it genuinely saves
  • Deciding what stays in the cloud and what we process locally
  • A purchase recommendation with a rationale — including "nothing, for now"

Team workshops

  • Working on your own documents and your own real cases
  • Building prompts and templates for the department’s repetitive tasks
  • Spotting hallucinations and verifying the model’s answers
  • Materials that stay with the company once the workshop ends

Implementation and rules

  • Assistants with company context — offer, pricing, knowledge base
  • Automations connecting the model to the tools you already use
  • An AI usage policy and classification of sensitive data
  • A post-rollout review: what made it into daily work and what didn’t

Process

The order mattersand comes from data

  1. 01

    Conversation and process map

We establish which tasks take up the most of your team’s time. Without this map, every rollout is guesswork, and tools get bought "just in case."

  2. 02

    Recommendation

We come back with a list of tasks ranked by the ratio of time saved to implementation cost. Some items on that list usually don’t need AI at all.

  3. 03

    Workshop

Sessions with the people who’ll actually use this day to day. We work on your own cases — not slide-deck examples.

  4. 04

    Rollout and review

We launch the agreed scope and come back to check what the team is genuinely using. Whatever no one opened, we turn off instead of maintaining it.

Who it's for

Who isAI consulting for?

  • You’re using AI without a plan

For companies where a few people already use AI their own way, but without a shared plan

  • You’re looking to save time

For teams that want to know where they’ll genuinely save time before paying for another license

  • You care about data security

For companies wary of AI who want to roll it out safely and in line with data protection rules

Trust

Why you cantrust us

We’re not a reseller for any AI tool, so we have nothing to gain beyond your actual result — a "nothing, for now" recommendation is just as common an outcome of our audits as a decision to implement. Every workshop and every rollout ends with material that stays with the company, even if we don’t keep working together afterward.

FAQ

Questions wehear most often

Do you use AI in your own work?

Yes — for data analysis, content preparation, and code work. Anything that goes to a client passes through a person first, because a model can write a sentence no one checks that’s simply untrue. We advise in exactly the way we work ourselves.

Will our data be used to train the model?

Depends on the tool and the pricing plan — and that’s one of the first things we check in the audit. On the business plans of the major providers, data from the API is usually not used for training; on free plans it’s often the opposite. We settle this before rollout and write it into the AI usage policy.

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

It depends on the number of processes and the size of your team — that’s why we don’t post a range on the site. After the first conversation, we come back with a scope and a quote. The audit itself is a closed project and doesn’t commit you to anything further.

Will AI replace our team?

For the tasks your own team calls boring — partly, yes. In client conversations, risk assessment, and decisions — no. Our starting point is handing the model repetitive work, so there’s more time left for the work that can’t be handed off.

We already have a company ChatGPT subscription. What now?

That’s a good starting point, and a common one. Usually the problem isn’t the tool — it’s that no one has decided exactly what it’s meant to do. In that case we start with the process map and the workshop, skipping the tool-selection stage.
