Performance & Visibility

Marketing Internship

Real work on clients' ad accounts and SEO projects - from week one, under the guidance of a mentor.

What you'll do

  • Supporting Google Ads and Allegro Ads campaigns - building lists, drafting copy, tracking results
  • Keyword research and search-intent analysis for SEO work
  • Preparing monthly reports: pulling data from Google Analytics and Search Console, describing changes
  • Content audits on client sites - what's missing, what fails to answer the user's question
  • Monitoring competitors: what they do in campaigns and content, and what of it actually makes sense
  • Preparing material for the blog and social channels

What we're looking for

  • Curiosity about how advertising and search engines work - more important than experience, since we don't expect that in an internship
  • Comfortable writing in Polish: short, concrete, no corporate-speak
  • Basic spreadsheet skills - sorting, filters, simple formulas
  • Accuracy with numbers. A report with an error is worse than no report at all
  • Willingness to ask questions instead of guessing

What you get

  • Real accounts and real budgets, not exercises on made-up examples
  • One mentor you can bring your questions to
  • Access to the tools the team actually works with
  • A chance to keep working with us afterward, if it suits both sides

In your message, tell us what interests you and what you've worked on so far - even if it's personal projects or coursework.

Technology & Delivery

Software Development Internship

Building client websites and stores on a modern stack: Astro, Tailwind, Cloudflare, Shopify. Building and extending our own tools and solutions.

What you'll do

  • Building sections and pages in Astro on top of an existing design system
  • Styling in Tailwind - sticking to the project's tokens instead of adding one-off values
  • Deployments and publishing on Cloudflare
  • Migrating content from legacy sites and keeping redirects in check, so we don't lose search rankings
  • Performance fixes for Core Web Vitals - images, fonts, bundle size
  • Accessibility: contrast, keyboard navigation, semantic markup
  • Working in Git: branches, descriptive commits, code review

What we're looking for

  • Basic HTML and CSS - you understand page layout, not just how to copy ready-made classes
  • Basic JavaScript. No framework experience required, we'll show you Astro on the job
  • Git at the level of a commit, a branch and resolving a simple conflict
  • Precision in matching the design - a few pixels off is still off
  • Willingness to read the documentation instead of taking the first search result

What you get

  • Projects that go live, not into a drawer
  • Code review on every task - with reasoning, not just "fix this"
  • A stack that is actually used in the industry: Astro, Tailwind, Cloudflare, Shoper, Shopify
  • A chance to keep working with us afterward, if it suits both sides

Principles

The same rules applyto interns and management

Four rules our client work stands on. They apply the same way during an internship - except here you're allowed to ask about them until they become second nature.

  • Numbers before opinion

Every recommendation is backed by data from the account, analytics or the market. When we don't know something, we say so instead of guessing.

  • We say what we won't do

We advise against activity that doesn't make sense given your margin and sales cycle - even if the client is willing to pay for it.

  • You stay the owner

Domain, hosting, code, ad accounts - all registered to you. We don't build your dependency on the agency.

  • One set of numbers

The monthly report tracks the same metrics we agreed on at the start. We don't swap the metric when it stops looking good.
