Free your team’s timefrom repetitive work

Many companies lose hundreds of hours a year to manual data entry and routine tasks without even noticing. Small mistakes and bottlenecks quietly slow down the whole team. We help you find those spots and replace them with reliable automations that keep running in the background, around the clock.

Symptoms

A spreadsheet is running the company, and nobody planned it that way

The spreadsheet started as a stopgap and stuck around for three years. Today only one person understands it, data gets typed into it by hand from two other systems, and after every mistake nobody can say which version is the real one. The spreadsheet itself isn’t the problem — the problem is that it became part of the process.

  1. 01The same data typed in by hand in two or three different places
  2. 02Orders copied from email into the warehouse system by hand
  3. 03A monthly report assembled by hand over several hours
  4. 04One key spreadsheet that only a single person in the company understands
  5. 05Errors caught only once they reach the customer, not inside the process

Scope

What exactlythe collaboration covers

Mapping

  • Tracing the process from trigger to completion
  • Measuring time spent and the points where work stalls
  • Identifying steps to remove before automating anything
  • Assessing what’s worth automating and what’s cheaper to leave alone

Integrations

  • API connections between your store, ERP, CRM, and accounting system
  • Syncing stock levels, prices, and orders
  • Error handling and alerts when something fails
  • Documentation, so the setup doesn’t depend on us

Internal tools

  • Dashboards for tasks no off-the-shelf system handles
  • Forms and views built for specific roles in the company
  • Automatic reports instead of ones assembled by hand
  • Permissions and a change history

Order handling

  • Automatic issuing of sales documents
  • Order status updates and customer notifications with no staff involved
  • Rules for unusual orders, with a manual decision step where it’s needed
  • Connection to the courier and label generation

Benefits

Three key benefitsof automation and IT systems

Automation and IT systems let you connect tools, data, and processes in your company so they work together — faster, more smoothly, and without manual work. Information can flow automatically between applications, and repetitive tasks handle themselves. In practice that means less manual data entry, fewer errors, and more time to grow your business.

  • Time and money saved

Less manual data entry means fewer errors and less wasted time. Automating repetitive tasks frees up your team to focus on work that actually grows the business. Faster handling of inquiries and orders means closing sales sooner and giving customers a better experience.

  • Faster processes and easier scaling

Data between systems updates automatically, so you can react to changes almost in real time. Adding a new tool, sales channel, or process doesn’t mean chaos — the system can grow along with your business.

  • Clean data and less frustration

Automations keep information flowing correctly between systems, so your data stays consistent and current. Customers get the right information at the right time — from stock levels to invoices and notifications.

Benefits

Where you can putautomation to work

  • Marketing — email marketing, paid campaigns, analytics

Personalized communication through a CRM connected to your marketing tools. Campaigns triggered automatically by user behavior. Real-time marketing reports in one place.

  • E-commerce — online stores, marketplace platforms, sales management

Automatic syncing of prices, stock levels, and availability across systems. Smoother customer service through integrations with support systems or chatbots. Payments and deliveries without chaos thanks to connections with payment providers, couriers, and marketplaces.

  • B2B — lead generation, sales, CRM, ERP, process management

A consistent sales process through CRM, ERP, and invoicing tied together. Automatic data exchange with partners instead of emails and manual work. Streamlined HR processes — leave requests, payroll, onboarding. Reports for management ready in seconds, with no copying data between systems.

Process

The order mattersand comes from data

  1. 01

    Process map

We sit down with the people doing the work and map out the process step by step. It usually turns out that some steps can simply be removed.

  2. 02

    Choosing the first target

We pick the one process with the best ratio of savings to effort. We don’t automate everything at once — the first rollout has to prove the case.

  3. 03

    Build and testing

We run the new setup alongside the old process, so results can be compared before we switch the manual version off.

  4. 04

    Next processes

After the first rollout, we go back to the map and take the next item. Each step is billed on its own.

FAQ

Questions wehear most often

Does this mean replacing our systems?

Usually not. Most often we connect what you already have through APIs. Replacing a system is a separate decision, and we only raise it when your current one is genuinely blocking a sensible solution.

What if our tool doesn’t have an API?

Then we say so directly and either find a workaround or advise against automating that step. Solutions that rely on clicking through a UI on the user’s behalf tend to be fragile and rarely worth their cost.

Who maintains it afterward?

Either we do, or your team does. We always hand over the documentation and code access — one of our rules is that the client owns what gets built.

How do we work out whether it’s worth it?

We measure the time the current process takes and how often it repeats each month. If the savings won’t cover the implementation cost within a reasonable horizon, we say so before starting any work.
