In fulfillment of the obligation arising from the GDPR (Articles 13 and 14), we present detailed rules concerning the processing of your personal data. The data controller is responsible for the security of the personal data provided and for processing it in accordance with legal provisions.
Purposes of Processing
We will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- concluding and performing a contract, including ensuring the proper quality of services (legal basis - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) - "performance of a contract",
- performing legal obligations incumbent on Sixteractive spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, e.g., issuing and storing invoices or responding to complaints (legal basis - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) - "legal obligation",
- pursuing claims arising from the contract (legal basis - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - "legitimate interest",
- marketing our own services during the term of the contract (legal basis - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - "legitimate interest", and, where you have given consent to the use of data for this purpose (legal basis - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - "consent".
Retention Period
We will use the data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above. Depending on the legal basis, this will be, respectively:
- the term of the contract,
- the time needed to perform legal obligations and the time during which legal provisions require us to store the data, e.g., tax provisions,
- the time after which claims arising from the contract become time-barred,
- the time until consent is withdrawn.
Your Rights
You may submit a request to our company for:
- access to personal data (information on the personal data processed and a copy of the data),
- rectification of data, where it is incorrect,
- data portability, in the cases specified in the GDPR,
- erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data.
Regardless of the rights listed above, you may object at any time to the processing of your data where the legal basis for using the data is our legitimate interest. Upon receiving a request to this effect, we are obliged to stop processing the data for that purpose.

Consent given to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients of Data
While maintaining all data security safeguards, we may disclose your data - in addition to persons authorized by the data controller - to other entities, including: entities processing it on our behalf, e.g., technical service providers and entities providing us with advisory services; other controllers, e.g., couriers.
Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
