A Modern, Multilingual Website for Lightica - Metalworking for Industry and Aviation

Communicating with international audiences can be a real challenge for a Polish company, especially when targeting a precise segment or industry. For Lightica, we focused on a clear presentation of the offer, a modern visual layer, and three language versions - Polish, English, and Czech. See how a multilingual website helps a brand grow its partnerships abroad, including in the aviation industry.

About the Client

Lightica is a company based in Bełsznica, specializing in metalworking - laser cutting, bending, engraving, welding, and both powder and wet-spray painting. The company handles both one-off artistic projects (including trophies and sports medals) and large production runs for clients in the automotive and construction industries. It also stands out for its work in the aviation industry - Lightica supplies precision metal components for ellipse.aero, a Czech leader in the design and construction of ultralight aircraft and gliders.

Goals and Challenges

The client wanted a website that would present the brand's offer and expertise in a modern way - with a strong focus on a clear content layout, intuitive navigation, and a visual layer that reinforces a professional company image. Another key goal was preparing the site in several language versions. Since Lightica is growing its partnerships with foreign clients - including a Czech aviation partner - the site needed to communicate effectively beyond the Polish market as well.

Implementation - Step by Step

A Clear Structure for the Company's Offer

Each of Lightica's six services got its own dedicated page: laser cutting, bending on edge-bending presses, engraving and laser marking, welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, and laser), powder coating in the full RAL color palette, and wet-spray painting for parts with complex shapes and larger dimensions. As a result, visitors - whatever they came looking for - quickly find the specific information they need, without having to dig through one sprawling "Offer" page.

The Aviation Segment: Precision and Certification

The partnership with ellipse.aero - a Czech leader in ultralight aircraft design - was showcased on the homepage as the first and most distinctive element of Lightica's offer. The aviation section describes the specific scope of the partnership: laser cutting of structural components from aluminum and steel, production tolerances meeting aviation-industry requirements, plus the technical documentation and material certificates that accompany every delivery. It also mentions projects prepared specifically for aviation trade shows - concrete, verifiable proof of the brand's presence in this space.

The Automotive Segment and Series Production

Alongside the aviation segment, we also highlighted Lightica's experience serving clients in the automotive and construction industries - sectors where the company handles larger production runs. This is an important addition to the offer, showing that Lightica isn't only specialized in niche, one-off projects, but also has the capacity for regular production orders.

Machine Park and Technical Data as Trust Builders

The site presents Lightica's machine park in detail - three Bodor fiber lasers, including a flagship 6 kW unit (installed in 2024, fully automated and enclosed), supplemented by 1.5 kW and 1 kW units. Specific parameters are given: a 3000×1500 mm working area, a maximum steel cutting thickness of up to 30 mm, and a full list of supported materials - carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium, and galvanized sheet metal. This level of technical detail is key for industrial buyers, for whom precision and machine specifications are the main criteria when choosing a supplier.

Results

The result is a modern, fast, multilingual website that clearly presents Lightica's offer and supports a professional brand image - both in the Polish market and among international clients. Detailed data on the machine park and a clearly described aviation segment build credibility with demanding industrial buyers, and the language versions open the door for the company to keep growing its partnerships beyond Poland, including in the aviation and automotive sectors.

Summary

The Lightica project shows how a well-designed, multilingual website can help a manufacturing company expand beyond its home market - combining a clear presentation of services with concrete, technical arguments that convince industrial and aviation buyers.
