A Comprehensive, Strategic Redesign of the ViMentis Website
How do you turn an informational website into a living, effective hub for communication, marketing, and sales? Working with ViMentis was a chance to build a site that captures the essence of a training brand operating at the intersection of psychology, sport, and business. The new site isn't just a fresh look - it's a new approach to content, its structure, and the role it plays in the customer journey.

About the Client
ViMentis is a brand whose name comes from Latin. "Vi" means strength, while "Mentis" means mind. The etymology alone captures the company's mission well: building mental resilience, focus, and mental strength in leaders, coaches, athletes, and teams. The brand was founded by Tamara Majos, an experienced mental coach who combines psychological expertise with hands-on experience working with people in high-performance environments.
The ViMentis website was previously minimalist and not geared toward actively generating leads or presenting its services in depth. Our task was to build a new version of the site - one that doesn't just inform, but builds a brand experience and actively supports marketing efforts.
Goals and challenges
From the start, it was clear that the new ViMentis site shouldn't just be a "prettier version of the old one." A key goal was building an extensive structure based on landing pages that present each training program clearly and in depth. It was also important to design the content so that it didn't just inform about the offer, but also built an understanding of the values behind it - things like mental independence, focus, and psychological resilience. In this way, the site becomes part of the marketing funnel, informing and engaging visitors.
Another goal was to support marketing efforts by expanding the site with features such as a newsletter sign-up form, a blog, a podcast section, and sections with visible, engaging calls to action. We wanted users - regardless of their entry point - to quickly understand what ViMentis is, who the offer is for, and how to move toward getting in touch or learning more.
Implementation - step by step
Designing content, structure, and branding
We started by building a content strategy. Each offer subpage was designed as its own landing page, containing a hero section (a large image with a headline and CTA), an introduction to the service and the values it offers, as well as the benefits for anyone taking part in that program. Each of these elements was designed to support conversion - whether that meant getting in touch, or simply deepening a user's engagement with the ViMentis brand and its offer.
Visually, we built on the brand's existing color palette - black and yellow - but gave it a new quality. Black serves as a contrast here (just as it does in the footer), building associations with professionalism, depth, and calm, while yellow brings energy to the message and introduces optimism and mindfulness. Using these colors in background sections, buttons, and interactive elements gives the site a modern, distinctive character.
The site design also gave imagery a major role - every offer subpage opens with a visual that immediately communicates the intent of the program. This approach builds emotional engagement and helps users immediately "get into" the topic. The images help convey ViMentis's mission - bringing sports-based processes into business, and business processes into sport.
Site features that support marketing and relationships
Another part of the site's redevelopment involved building out sections that support educational and marketing efforts. One of these is the podcast section, where visitors can listen to episodes of "Mentalne Manewry Trenera" ("The Coach's Mental Maneuvers") - Tamara Majos's own podcast. The podcast doesn't just help build her expert image - it also keeps in touch with the audience in a less formal, more personal way.
Rounding out this section is a blog, which can be used in the future for SEO, sharing case studies, and exploring topics related to mental training. Each post can include share buttons and CTAs, guiding the reader toward further interaction.
The newsletter sign-up feature, in turn, makes it possible to build a base of subscribers interested in the topics ViMentis covers in its work. The newsletter will be a tool for regularly sharing knowledge and event information. Adding the sign-up form lays the groundwork for effective email marketing - and can also be used to generate leads by offering valuable content (such as e-books, checklists, and planners) in exchange for signing up.
The footer as a UX and communication element
An important, often underrated element of any website is the footer - and here it plays a significant role. We designed it in a bold, contrasting black, which not only rounds out the site's visual identity but also helps users wrap up their navigation in an organized way. The footer includes the key contact information, an extensive sitemap, a newsletter sign-up form, and a set of icons linking to the brand's social media profiles.
This means the footer combines a functional, informational, and marketing role, becoming an integral point on every subpage - both for new visitors and for returning users looking for a specific section.
Site technology
The site was built to offer full flexibility in content management. Thanks to an intuitive editing system, the ViMentis team can easily publish new blog posts, expand informational sections, add new episodes of the "Mentalne Manewry Trenera" podcast, or update content on the offer subpages.
We also made sure to integrate communication channels - links to ViMentis's social media profiles and YouTube channel were added to the menu and footer. This lets visitors not only get in touch quickly, but also follow the brand's activity on Facebook or Instagram. All of this supports both day-to-day communication and image-building and sales efforts.
UX optimization
The entire site was optimized for a range of devices, from desktop computers to smartphones and tablets. Every element - from images, to forms, to the podcast and blog sections - was adapted to run smoothly and look great at every resolution, making it fully responsive. This doesn't just make the site's content comfortable to use - it also increases the chances of visitors getting in touch or signing up for the newsletter from mobile devices, which matters enormously today.
Results
The result of our work is a site that doesn't just look good - above all, it works for the brand. Every ViMentis program is now presented clearly and with context. Users can immediately identify which one fits their needs and move on to getting in touch.
The site was built with future growth in mind, both for its content and its marketing tools. Thanks to the rollout of extensive content through the landing page strategy and supporting pages that continue to build value, ViMentis gained a digital space that supports both its current communication efforts and future campaigns.
