How We Built 3 Landing Pages in a Few Weeks That Boosted Marineworks' Communication and Generated Their First Sales Inquiries

Marineworks needed a fast, effective way to communicate new partnerships and products - from a collaboration with Volvo Penta, through technology for unmanned surface vessels, to the TIKAL technical chemicals lineup. In just a few weeks, we built a set of three cohesive, clear, and communicatively strong landing pages that support sales efforts, trade show presentations, and marketing campaigns. Notably, one of them generated its first inquiry shortly after launch.

project type: Website | technology: WordPress

About the Client

Marineworksis a company operating across several worlds at once: marine engineering, unmanned systems technology, specialized technical chemicals, and advanced industrial systems. Its audience ranges from shipyards and research institutions to industrial companies and the defense sector.
Our earlier collaboration required us to get inside their way of thinking - precise, technical, and at the same time very focused on practical results.

Marineworks first came to us needing a landing page to announce a new partnership with Volvo Penta. That first step led to a broader landing-page strategy that delivered positive results for their marketing and sales efforts over the following months.

Goals and Challenges

Initially, the project involved creating a single promotional landing page - once it was done and delivered positive results, we expanded the project to include two more. In the end, each of the three landing pages had a completely different business goal, but all of them had to:

  • stay consistent with Marineworks' branding and main website,
  • function as a sales and information tool, not a "flyer,"
  • be built quickly,
  • be able to drive traffic from Google Ads campaigns, social media, and trade show activities,
  • be flexible enough to be expanded in the future.

Marineworks is a company whose buyer personas need reliability, technical depth, and specifics - but delivered in a clear, logical, and accessible way. Every landing page had to bridge those worlds.

Project Implementation

Landing Page 1: Volvo Penta x Marineworks

See the landing page: https://volvo.marineworks.eu/

Goal and Approach

The first project was primarily about communication, but carried a significant branding element too. Marineworks had joined the ranks of official Volvo Penta distributors - a partner whose reputation carries real market value. Our job was to build a landing page that would capitalize on that value right away.

The core idea was to combine marketing narrative with technical credibility. The page opens with a large Volvo Penta video, optimized so it wouldn't slow down page load speed. A quote from Frank Abraham - Volvo Penta's Marine Director for Central Europe - serves as a clear signal: "this is a partnership built on trust."

Implementation

The content was written from scratch, focused on the benefits, the availability of the technology, and why Marineworks is the right partner. An important section became the FAQ, based on real customer questions about service and technical support. The page ends with a clear contact form, to keep the path to a sales conversation as short as possible.

Result

The landing page was very well received, and the fast turnaround showed the client we could support them even on projects that need to happen "right now." That warm reception is why Marineworks asked for another landing page.

Landing Page 2: Marineworks USV - Solutions for Unmanned Surface Vessels

See the landing page: https://usv.marineworks.eu/

Goal and Approach

The second landing page was built for the MSPO 2025 trade show. The priority was for visitors to the Marineworks booth - representatives from the defense, research, and industrial sectors - to grasp the company's range of expertise in USVs within minutes.

We focused the messaging entirely on the key differentiators of USVs: quiet operation, zero emissions, redundancy, safety, scalability, and AI integration. That's the level of message that resonates with technical audiences without overwhelming them with detail.

Implementation

The landing page walks the user through Marineworks' expertise as a marine systems integrator. Alongside the content, we included technology references and four brief case studies showing real-world deployments - structured as problem → solution → result.

Everything was kept consistent with Marineworks' visual style, with a switchable menu and cohesive navigation.

Result

The page became a key part of the company's trade show communication, and Marineworks continues to use it after the event too. It's a fast, concrete "one link" the company can send to any interested partner.

Landing Page 3: TIKAL Products - An Offer for Multiple Industries

See the landing page: https://tikal.marineworks.eu/

Goal and Approach

The third project was strictly product-focused. TIKAL is a technical chemicals brand developed for the marine sector, but its products work just as well in other industries. Our job was to broaden that perception: "this isn't a niche product - it's a solution that solves problems across many sectors."

Implementation

The content was organized by industry: from energy, through infrastructure and transport, to heavy industry. Each sector got its own short case study, showing a specific problem and the benefits achieved after using TEF-GEL.

The landing page also included a video explaining how the paste works and a full presentation of the TIKAL product range with links to Marineworks' B2B shop. A solid FAQ section rounded everything out, addressing questions about compatibility, application, and durability.

Result

The page quickly started generating valuable traffic, and the first sales inquiries came in almost immediately. That was the moment the client themselves said, "this landing page is really doing its job."

Summary of Results

In just a few weeks, Marineworks gained three complete landing pages that work as:

  • sales tools,
  • brand communication tools,
  • a foundation for ad campaigns,
  • a complement to trade shows and meetings,
  • a source of first-touch leads and inquiries.

Each project was different, but they shared one thing in common - a strategic approach and close attention to Marineworks' buyer personas, business context, and decision-making process.
