A New Look for Agencja MIA, Built on a Landing Page Structure
How do you design a website that builds trust from the first few seconds, introduces the team, and communicates a company's values accurately? For Agencja MIA, we built a site that blends a modern feel with warmth, attentiveness, and team spirit — a project where design and content work together to attract people looking for real change and growth.

type of project: Website | technology: WordPress
About the Client
Agencja MIA is a training agency run by Aleksandra Goc — a trainer and facilitator. The agency supports the growth of people and organizations through its own programs, workshops, and coaching. The MIA team is made up of passionate, highly skilled people who care about making a real impact.
We had already worked with Aleksandra on a site promoting horse-assisted development workshops — her unique initiative that gives participants access to Horse Assisted Education, where horses act as personal trainers. Aleksandra then came to us for a new version of the Agencja MIA site. The goal was to build a site that doesn't just present the offer, but also communicates the team's values and spirit, pairing a professional feel with a warm, welcoming, human design.
Project goals
We set ourselves the following requirements:
- A modern design that's still emotional and human
- Putting the team and relationships front and center — through photos, quotes, and content layout
- Large, expressive above-the-fold sections on every subpage, each with a people-focused theme image and headline
- Service pages designed as standalone landing pages, ready for campaigns and SEO
- A warm, energetic color palette grounded in color psychology: friendly, welcoming, safe, and full of passion
- Full responsiveness and performance
With these guidelines in place, we could move on to designing the site and laying the technical groundwork in WordPress — a platform that produces websites with high visual polish and flexibility, letting the client modify not just graphics but content as well.
Visual design
Instead of the usual muted-color training-and-business site, we went for a more emotional, human look. The site's aesthetic is built on warm, earthy tones with touches of peach, coral, and amber — colors associated with safety, connection, action, and warmth.
The site is enriched by the team itself, whose photos add authenticity and a human element — after all, these are the trainers who support clients, so showing their faces helps build and strengthen that connection.
Typography was chosen for readability and visual softness — sans-serif, modern, but with an organic character.
Every subpage opens with a hero section above the fold — the first area visible on load, before any scrolling. It's built as a photo paired with a headline, so visitors immediately know what the page is about and feel guided. At the bottom of each page sits a contact form with a clear CTA.
Showcasing the team as a visual and brand element
One of the site's pillars is the team. Instead of a typical "About us" section, we built a gallery of every team member along with their specialty. Each person gets their own block, and the photos aren't stock images — they're real faces from Agencja MIA.
Offer structure
Every service has its own landing page, built around a user journey. Each page presents the service in a way that lets visitors spot the value on offer, recognize an answer to their problem, and get guided to the contact form. This makes it possible to send traffic from Google Ads campaigns or social media straight to the relevant page, without routing everyone through the homepage first.
The subpages are rounded out by the homepage, which includes a full overview of Agencja MIA's offer along with an expandable services menu. So no matter where a visitor lands first, they can easily find the service they're looking for.
Technology and editability
The site was built on WordPress with the block editor, so the Agencja MIA team can independently add posts, events, and news, or expand their landing pages whenever they need to.
We also integrated contact forms and links to social media, including their Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
UX optimization
We paid close attention to user experience, implementing the following:
- A careful sense of space and balance between text and image
- Responsiveness: every section was tested on phones, tablets, and desktops and tuned for each device
- Loading speed: optimized images and clean code
- Clearly visible CTA and contact sections on every subpage
Results
The Agencja MIA site stands out for its emotional design and authenticity, putting people — the agency's own team — front and center.
The new layout keeps users on the site longer and makes them more likely to click through. Thanks to the landing-page strategy, the new Agencja MIA site is a ready foundation for further promotional campaigns — and a clear representation of what the company can do.
