Before you start

Your store should sell from day one. Help us plan it well.

Your answers will help us prepare a quote and sketch out your idea for an online store. No question other than the contact details is mandatory - answer the ones you know the answer to.

After you complete the survey, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quote will be.

Your company and the scope of the store

What industry does your company operate in?

Will your website be extensive, with tabs such as “Offer”, “About us”, “Portfolio”, “Pricing”, “Contact”, etc., or will it be a one-page site (just a simple home page without subpages)?

How many subpages will there be if the website is extensive - 5 or more?

Content and languages

Will you provide the texts for the new website, or should we prepare them from scratch?

Will the texts you provide be in a shortened form that we need to rework for language and SEO?

In what language will the texts we are to base our work on be provided?

Will the website be translated into other languages? If so - which ones?

If the website will be translated: will you provide the content in other languages, or should we prepare the translations for you?

Materials and documents

Do you have your own documents: a Privacy Policy and the store’s Terms and Conditions?

Do you have photos and graphics that should appear in the store, together with the copyright to them?

Should the store website have a “Photo gallery” tab?

Do you have a logo for your company?

Would you like us to create a logo for your company? (It is a mandatory element on a website)

Design and features

Would you like the individual sections of the website to follow a specific order?

Do you know which colours should dominate in your online store?

Have you chosen specific fonts or a typeface style for the website? (sans-serif / serif / decorative / minimalist)

Should the store have a newsletter sign-up feature?

Have you already bought a newsletter service for your company?

Would you like a “Blog” tab on the website?

Would you like us to import existing articles from your previous website into the new blog?

Would you like the contact form to include additional fields to fill in? (Besides “Name”, “E-mail address” and “Message”)

Products, payments and deliveries

How many products will be available in your online store?

Would you like us to take care of importing the products into the new online store, or will you do it yourself?

Would you like us to prepare instructions on how to add products for you?

Would you like the store to offer product search filters? (E.g. size, colour, material, etc.)

Do you plan to offer discount codes to your customers?

What payment methods would you like to offer customers? (E.g. Blik, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)

What delivery methods would you like to offer customers? (E.g. DPD courier, InPost parcel locker, personal collection, etc.)
